ABOUT THE FOUNDATION

The Star of Hope Foundation, a Milwaukee based 501C3 organization, seeks your help in our commitment to education.

Since 1999 the Star of Hope Foundation has been raising monies for students in financial need in and around the Milwaukee area. The funds are awarded in the form of bridge grants  directly to the school which, in turn, awards the financial assistance for that child in need.

Since 1999 the foundation has awarded over $120,000 to students from working poor families.

The Star of Hope is comprised of area businesswomen and men who are dedicated to the educational enrichment of young students. Through voluntary efforts of its members, The Star of Hope has minimal administrative costs, (less than 1%) which allows donations to directly impact the children.

We believe the working poor is a much overlooked segment of our society and deserves educational assistance whenever possible. The funds raised give the children of these families hope and tells them that someone really does care and is willing to make a sacrifice to help. We hope that you will support us in our efforts.
